The San Bernardino Mountains provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening at Mark's House in Twin Peaks. 710 Love Street brought the full spirit of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead to a warm, intimate gathering of friends, family and music lovers. The night unfolded the way the best shows always do — spontaneously and with heart. Songs flowed into one another, the crowd sang along, danced along, and somewhere between the first note and the last, time disappeared entirely. Exactly the way Garcia would have wanted it.

Jack Straw from Dogwood Tavern

A cold January night in Blue Jay warmed up fast when 710 Love Street took the stage at the Dogwood Tavern. The room filled with the faithful and the curious alike, and by the time the band launched into Jack Straw (a favorite of the Webmistress) the whole place was moving. The Garcia Band repertoire rang through the mountain air with warmth and fire — Tough Mama, Tangled Up in Blue, Saturday Night and more, each song played with the kind of loose improvisational spirit that made Garcia's music immortal. A night that reminded everyone why LIVE music matters.

Tie dyes, fire, and mountain magic

Behind the stage at the Dogwood Tavern hung a magnificent tie dye tapestry — swirling colors that set the tone before a single note was played. And what followed more than lived up to it. 710 Love Street was at the top of their game that night, the band locked in with a synergy and energy that only comes when musicians are truly hearing one another. The lighting danced off the tapestry and the faces of the crowd as song after song poured out with warmth, fire, and that unmistakable Garcia spirit. The room felt electric. Nobody wanted it to end.
